All individual participants, members of participating choirs and their accompanists must pay the registration fee.

The conductors of the registered choirs will not be required to pay the registration fee.

|  STEPS FOR REGISTRATION  |

1) Make the free Pre-Registration.

This is the first step you must take to begin your registration process. Once you complete this form, you will receive the necessary information to continue with the process.

2) Pay the registration fee.

The following are the registration fees to be paid by all participants (individuals, members of participating choirs and their accompanists -except the conductors of the registered choirs-).

These fees may be paid in Mexican pesos (MXN), United States dollars (USD) or euros (€)

Once the pre-registration is completed, you will receive in your e-mail address:

  • Bank information to pay the registration fee.

  • Financing: you can make a single payment with the benefit shown, or you can pay in 2 installments.

  • Several payment methods.

  • Registration Form to be filled in with all the requested information (for both individual participants and choral groups).

3) Complete Registration Form.

You will receive this form in your e-mail once your pre-registration has been completed.

If you are participating individually, you must complete the registration process yourself

​

If you are going to participate as a member or accompanist of a choir, the conductor or choir leader will be in charge of the collective registration.

​

Keep in mind that, in order to complete this form you will need a payment receipt(s) (single or first installment), in PDF or JPG format.

 

If you are the conductor or person in charge of a participating choir, you will need proof of payment for all members, including accompanying persons.

4) After these three steps, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the organization.
