| REGISTRATION PROCESS |
All individual participants, members of the participating choirs and their companions must pay the registration fee.

Conductors of registered choirs do not have to pay the registration fee.
| FOLLOW THESE STEPS |
1) Make the free Pre-Registration.
This is the first step you must take to begin your registration process. Once you complete this form, you will receive the necessary information to continue with the process.
2) Receive an e-mail from The Organization.
Once you have completed your pre-registration, you must wait for the Organization to send you an email with the following information:

Bank details to make the registration fee payment according to the payment method you have chosen.

Payment options: you will be able to make a single payment with the benefit shown, or you can pay in 2 or 3 installments.

Registration Form to be filled out with all the requested information.

3) Pay the registration fee.
​Below are 2 options for registration fees.

Remember that the conductors of the registered choirs do not hay to pay the registration fee.

It is possible to pay the General Registration in a one-time payment or in 2 or 3 installments. Costa Rican Registration can also be paid in a one-time payment or in 2 installments.

4) Complete Registration Form.
You will receive this form in your e-mail once your pre-registration has been completed.

If you are participating individually, you must complete the registration process yourself.
​
Please keep in mind that, in order to complete it, you must have an image of your passport and proof of payment (one-time or first installment), in PDF or JPG format
​
If you participate as a member or accompanist of a choir, although you have the possibility of making the payment on your own, the registration will be a group registration, and will be in charge of the conductor or the person in charge of the group. Once you have paid your registration fee, you will send the proof of payment to your conductor or responsible person.
​
In this case, in order to complete the registration form, you will need images of the passports and proof of payment (one-time or first installment), in PDF or JPG format, of all the members of the choir, including accompanying persons.
5) After these three steps, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from The Organization.
